The Role

As a Mid UI Designer at Endlessloop, you will be responsible for designing and creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products. Every step of the design process is world-class, from ideation to execution. If you are the type of person constantly working to improve their craft and keeps finding ways to improve, then this is the role for you. You will be part of a Product team, and you will get the chance to work on multiple products, iterate and test new approaches, and influence how our product evolves.

What you'll do

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design user flows and designs
• Creating visual designs, including mockups and prototypes, that align with our brand guidelines and meet the needs of our users
• Testing and iterating on designs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience
• Validate your design outputs, testing and improving the design and user experience of our products;
• Keep up to date with and evaluate the latest UX trends, technologies, and tools;
• Bring inspiring ideas and discussions to an energetic and collaborative team;

Who you are

We are looking for a talented and passionate Mid UI Designer to join our team. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 1-2 years of experience in UI design, preferably for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Design Tokens
• Strong visual design skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create beautiful and intuitive user interfaces
• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design concepts and ideas
• Open to criticism, driven by a strong desire to keep improving;
• A passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
