Role Overview:
We are looking for an innovative Digital Designer to create visually compelling materials for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and online campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of graphic design principles applied to digital environments, ensuring all visual elements are functional, attractive, and aligned with brand identity. The Digital Designer will work closely with the Art Director, Motion Designers, and other team members to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns. This position is integral to fostering a sustainable, fair, and inclusive economy in line with our in progress B-Corp certification values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Visual Concept Development: Create graphic layouts and other visual elements for digital campaigns, websites, and social media, ensuring alignment with the client’s communication and branding strategy.
• Interface and UX/UI Design: Collaborate with the digital team to develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI), ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience (UX).
• Social Media Content Creation: Design graphic content, short videos, and other visual materials optimized for social media platforms, following best practices and industry trends.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Heads of Design, Digital, Motion, and Visual Effects to ensure digital visual elements align with the technical and creative requirements of each platform.
• Innovation and AI Tool Utilization: Explore and apply artificial intelligence tools to optimize the digital design process, including automating repetitive tasks and generating visual content.
• Performance Testing and Optimization: Collaborate with the digital team to test the performance of visual elements across different platforms, adjusting and optimizing as needed.
Core Responsibilities & Skills:
• Ensure all digital visual projects meet the agency’s quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively within a creative team environment.
• Adapt to new challenges, technologies, and digital platforms while maintaining quality and innovation.
• Promote sustainable practices aligned with B-Corp principles.
Experience & Education:
• 8 to 10 years of experience in digital graphic design or branding, with a robust portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and technical excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience in branding, digital design, UX/UI, and leading design projects.
• Familiarity with AI tools for innovation and automation in design processes.
• Knowledge of creative project management and agile methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
