Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Marketing Department with the integration of a PR & Communication Consultant for its Lisbon office.

We are looking for a talented and dynamic PR & Communication Consultant to join our team and help strengthen our media presence, as well as build and maintain strategic relationships with journalists and other key stakeholders.

Key tasks/activities:

• Press Office: Manage external communication and respond to press inquiries to promote the company’s image and interests;
• Copywriting: Create communication content, including corporate texts, articles, posts, and other relevant materials;
• Media Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets, ensuring effective and continuous communication;
• Press Release Writing: Draft and distribute press releases regarding important company news and events;
• Media Pitches: Write and present media pitches to journalists and media outlets;
• Internal and External Communication Support: Assist in the development of internal communication strategies and communication with external stakeholders and clients;
• Events: Support the organization of events and other communication initiatives involving the company and media.

Requirements, Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields;
• Previous experience in press office, public relations, or corporate communication;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong copywriting abilities and creative content creation;
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets;
• Strategic thinking in developing and executing communication plans;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
• SEO knowledge is preferred, but not required;
• Proactive and dynamic attitude in handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines;
•  It is essential to have a network of journalists with whom you maintain regular contact;
• Adaptability - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive approach;
• Creativity and attention to detail, ensuring quality and relevance in all communication efforts.
