Junior-mid Digital Designer | AI + Motion Graphics + Performance

We're looking for a Junior-mid Digital Designer with strong passion for transforming creative ideas into impactful digital content, combined with curiosity about emerging technologies and a commitment to quality.

In this position, you'll work on a variety of client projects, collaborating with our Performance, Strategy and Tech teams. You'll participate in the definition of creative concepts and strategies, as well as in the day-to-day work of designing and implementing solutions. You'll be part of a team that values critical thinking as much as execution, where quality and user experience are non-negotiable.

You will be an integral part of Karma's creative culture, contributing to projects with real impact and learning from a multidisciplinary team of designers, strategists and technologists.
