Le Food is an empathy exercise, creating a vending food restaurant concept that would automate fast food in public space, be located outside and have minimal human involvement. The aim is to investigate how the new service could work, by using service design tools like personas, mood boards and storyboards.

The result was a concept that involved an automated café with a pickup point. The customer could place orders from his/her smartphone and pick up the warm delivery at a service point. The central value is the quality of the food, using information to deliver the food as fresh and warm as possible, creating the feeling of a home-cooked meal.
