The Air Force paid tribute to Isabel Rilvas known in military circles as Isabelinha Rilvas. In 1956 she became the first woman in the Iberian Peninsula in parachute jump. Advocated and promoted the formation of the military paratrooper nurses similar to the Infirmières Pilotes Secouristes l'Air of the French Red Cross. As a designer, me and my team, coordinated byby the Air Force´s head of the Historical and Cultural Commission, created the photo exposition portraying the life of “Isabelinha”, since her early steps in the aviation field to her later years. It was an excellent experience due to the rich historical content I came across with and also for the opportunity of taking the Air Force´s Design team one step further. Like Hotblade, the stress was very much an everyday presence, which the team endure in spite of all the obstacles.
