Semprinpie' - propop
Semprinpie´ comes from the academic project ProPop in partnership with the Italian cultural and touristic contemporary centre – Farm Cultural Park and the Association for Social, Cultural and Artistic Intervention – AISCA.
The project aims to create new products that transmit culture using reusable materials, giving a continuation to Portuguese and Italian traditions and visibility on a global scene. With the help of the artisan Joaquim Silva, a clog-maker from ponte lima, we
created a pouch with new materials substituting alder wood for palette wood and fabric and hides/skins for tetra pak packages. The Semprinpie´ pouch comes with a semi-spherical base in wood which strengthens the image in harmony with actual reality.
