What is Helppier?
A customer experience tool that allows to create interactive user guides and on-page support content without coding required. Helppier is all about going beyond the traditional online customer service, providing multiple UX solutions. Not only can you create step-by-step tutorials to guide users through any page of your website or web application, but also monitor their behavior, create on-product messages and receive feedback. All this without ever leaving your website.

As a copywriter and digital marketer, my goal was to generate traffic and earn leads on the website through engaging content. These are a few social media posts for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn which were developed to raise awareness about the software's features and use cases.
Platforms I often used: Illustrator, Photoshop & Canva
Content Writing for promotion instruments, both online and offline. Which included presentations, brochures, press releases, flyers, social media, website and even the software itself.
Also responsible for updating the brand's blog and Medium platform on a weekly basis.
Main subjects: Onboarding, Training, Customer Service and User Experience.
