Desencoberto
Desencoberto is an interactive exhibition on Fernando Pessoa, an important Portuguese poet. This installation has as its main focus the placement of the visitor in the poet’s perspective and, therefore, attributing the sense of decoding the world around us just asFernando Pessoa did in his life.
The installation is entitled “Desencoberto”, in English uncovered, being able to produce two different readings: “descoberto”,discovered, that is both the installation’s and the visitor’s main goal; and “desencoberto”,uncovered, that produces words game with “Encoberto”, a piece of Fernando Pessoa, contradicting it and creating a parallelism with the several transparent layers hanging near the walls of the room.
