My role was to create the naming and strategy for the brand's first steps. The naming chosen for INSEAD Power Balance must be positive, reflect the advantages of gender equality in corporative leaderships, but also encourage companies to set the example.
Challenge
The INSEAD Power Balance is an initiative promoted by INSEAD Alumni Association to promote and provide accessible information about gender balance in Boards and Executive Commissions of the largest listed companies in Portugal (PSI-20).

In fact, and unfortunately, we live in a world where gender equality is a concern in every aspect of our lives. Although we can start to notice the rise of gender equality in the workplace, Boards and Executive Commissions are still a man’s world.
