Brand Guidelines
This editorial project focused on renewing and updating the existing brand manual for Fercopor, a well-established Portuguese construction company. The objective was to incorporate the company’s new branding elements while ensuring consistency and clarity in its visual communication guidelines.
Founded in 1981 by Alberto Ferreira da Costa and his siblings, Fercopor is headquartered in Vila do Conde, in northern Portugal. With a strong reputation in the construction and real estate sectors, the company has embraced the slogan “A New Way of Living”, which reflects its forward-thinking vision and commitment to innovation in the way people live and experience space.
The updated brand manual aimed to align the company’s visual identity with its evolving values and positioning, reinforcing coherence across digital and print applications.It has the slogan 'A New Way of Living'.
