The goal was to fully develop a brand strategy and identity for a future restaurant in Menorca, a Spanish Balearic Island.

 

This business goal is to attract both locals and tourists with an interest in the Mediterranean diet.

Tomate is a Mediterranean-based restaurant that creatively explores the Arab, French, and English influences that the island suffered during history, choosing only fresh and whole foods because that way flavourful and healthy experiences are guaranteed in every menu item our customers opt for.


The Brand Manifesto

We are here for those looking for whole experiences. 


We want to welcome you into Menorca's deep cuisine:

what others might consider 'poor and rural', is actually the premise we follow.

Our dishes look simple but they burst with flavour because they are fresh and thoughtful. We believe that a dish containing superfluous ingredients is not necessarily better, but actually the opposite: simplicity is the way for excellence. 


When you enter our space, you are entering a Menorcan home and served with original food. Tradition never gets old when the passion for its roots is still alive.

 

Our passion is still alive and we never get tired of exploring the historic influences of the Arab, French, and English cultures within our cuisine. All of it is close to our hearts and our hands when we are in the kitchen. We feel proud and all we want is to make you feel that same passion and care within each meal you have at our home.
