eGP
eGP is a result of a service design team project. eGP uses a variety of contemporary technical possibilities provided in special rooms or „booths“ in farmacy shops for providing a general physician or another licensed practitioner delivering services online.
Tools like service blueprinting, stakeholder mapping, personas and customer journey maps were used to develop the new service.
