Campanha " Lisboa já não mora aqui" 2017
Lisboa está na moda, é visitada por milhares de turistas. A calçada, o rio, a simpatia, a comida, o vinho, o fado, o 28, as gaivotas, as sardinhas, os pastéis de nata, os descobrimentos, Camões, Pessoa, passam a clichés vendidos com etiquetas de alma lusa e portuguesa. Mas Lisboa é mesmo uma cidade encantadora. Por aquilo que ela é, não a podemos esvaziar de conteúdo e de gente.
Lisboa não pode ser só uma cidade consumida por alguns. Tem de ser vivida por todos.
Com o turismo vem uma factura. Neste âmbito, um grupo de cidadãos criou MORAR EM LISBOA pela promoção de uma política de habitação para a cidade. Trata-se de uma petição on line que pode ser consultada em moraremlisboa.org
OBJECTIVO
Alertar a população em geral para as nefastas consequências da intensificação do processo de gentrificação da cidade (a valorização de áreas tradicionais que força residentes com menos poder económico a sair), que retira a teia social e residentes do núcleo vital da cidade.
Promover a causa junto dos cidadãos, apelando à assinatura da petição on line de modo a tornar esta questão incontornável num debate que envolva Governo, Assembleia, Município e cidadãos, com o objectivo último de tomar medidas que regulamentem a habitação em Lisboa de uma forma justa e global.
Lisbon is fashionable, visited by thousands of tourists. The sidewalk, the river, the sympathy, the food, the wine, the fado, the 28, the seagulls, the sardines, the "pastéis de Belém" , the discoveries, Camões, Pessoa, are starting to be sold as a cliché of portuguease people and soul. Lisbon is a charming city indeed.
For all that Lisbon is we can't discard people and and it,s content.
Lisbon can not be just a city consumed by some. It has to be lived by everyone.
In this context, a group of citizens created MORAR EM LISBON that promotes a housing policy for the city. This is an online petition that can be consulted at moraremlisboa.org
GOAL:
Alert the general population to the dire consequences of the intensification of the gentrification process of the city (the appreciation of traditional areas that forces residents with less economic power to leave), which can distroy it's social envirement and makes it's residents leave of the vital core of the city.
Promote the cause near the citizens, calling for the signing of the online petition in order to make this issue an unavoidable debate that involves Government, Assembly, Municipality and citizens, with the objective of creating and aply some measures that regulate housing in Lisbon fairly and globaly.
