The discographic edition ‘Visual Noise’ focuses on the band Cabaret Voltaire and the exploration of their visual content, namely the videoclips from their experimental phase. The final object is composed by four elements: two DVD’s, one book and one foldable piece, which is a visual interpretation of the song ‘Kirlian Photograph’.
The visual identity of the various objects was achieved mainly by the exploration of video textures,
visible in the composition of the box, lettering and predominantly in the foldable piece. Furthermore, the use of typography and layout of the pages give the objects a more experimental character inspired by the band.
