TUBE FOOD, Performance Factory.
TUBE is a fast food restaurant designed for corporate city areas where performance, productivity and efficiency are key factors for individual success.
THE ANIMALS
Customers are invited to indentify with one specific animal - Bird, Fox, Wolf & Bear - and choose from a range of different menus with variable portions configured to help boost their overall performance throughout the following day.
There are four different box sizes / food portions to be selected, according to each person’s appetite. If you eat very little, the Bird box is more suited for you, but if you eat a lot, maybe you should order the Bear box and be served a higher quantity
THE ROBOTIC KITCHEN
The food preparation & cooking is all developed by an intelligent, robotic kitchen while the menu assembly and general customer services are made by human employees.
The order imput can be made either in store or through the restaurant’s app, where customers may insert their data and be advised on a healthy diet and which menus and sizes are best for them.
ECO-FRIENDLY
The restaurant uses a high majority of steel, glass and wood materials, recycled cardboard food boxes and drinking cups,
works mostly on digital through smartphone apps and web based receits.
Meals are prepared with local high quality organic ingredients from local or regional suppliers to prevent unecessary transport
energy consumption.
VIRTUAL REALITY, KNOWLEDGE OR SIMPLY HAVING FUN
The restaurant makes it possible to wear VR glasses and experience several programs, including health advice and food related materials,
Each box table has a vertical led screen (tri-parted) next to the wall where it is possible to connect the smarphones and exchange screens. It is also a perfect set for ads, branding and diverse information.
Please take note that this is an entirely conceptual interior design project.
