Design + Multimedia
This video was produce as a work assignment for the Project 2 subject, the goal was to promote the Design and multimedia course. We decided to focus on the possible professional careers of the course to show the course versatility. Therefore, by choice, this spot doesn’t contain reference to Coimbra, student life or even the student’s gender.Through objects that symbolize professional paths, we represent the course. The objects chosen were: magazine (Communication Designer); android application (multimedia application designer); video (Digital Content Production Specialist) and web site (Web Designer).
In this video we decided not to focus on the designer itself, but on the process, work, and thought that goes into creating an object. These objects were produced by the same person, a student of the course. In that way, the first part of the spot corresponds to the objects, in the second part it shows their development in the respective programs and in the third part all the creative process in a notebook.
