The Outlier is an editorial founded and directed by Mathilde Misciagna, a half-portuguese and half-italian fashion jornalist, as her final project at UAL (London College of Fashion) in 2018.
It was a pleasure to be part of this project as art director and designer. The fashion and lifestyle targeted maximalism was mirrored by the vast amount of textures, layers, illustrated ornaments, bold colours, rich photography and, last but not least, paper choices.
The materialization ideas along with the excellent Gráfica Saúde Sá’s production got the magazine to win an award at Papies ‘19, in the category of best small format print.
