What do we need to measure?

Three main pillars were designated for conducting usability research, namely:

Usability

> Task evaluation

> Attitudinal vs behavioral

> Test a-b

> Validation of UI Functions

> Cognitive memory

Effectiveness

> Validation of ideas and stakeholders

> Effort time

> Overview

> Metrics for reporting in numbers

> Prioritization Matrix

Concept

> Affective memory

> Brand mark

> Needs statements

Video call with users.

All interviews were scheduled and recorded on video, with an expected duration of 1 hour to 1:30 am for approximation with the user.

All tasks performed by personal data treaties, to be considered.

Discoveries

and

improvements:

With usability tests we found that most users have vision impaired by road life.

We also found that 97% of users have some "deformity" in their hands due to the weight of the steering wheel and loads during loading.

For these points, we need to adapt the sizes and colors of the UI.

Thanks.
