Bärezell | Chocolate Branding
Bärezell is a fictional chocolate brand for children inspired in Appenzell's traditions, located in Switzerland.
Uses a bear, named Bärezell as the main character which appears in Appenzell’s traditional costume.
The bear is meant to catch the children's attention and it’s also the canton's symbol. The patterns present in the packaging are from traditional houses in the town, in the back the consumer is invited to look for the patterns through Appenzell and take a picture to share it in social media.
This project was done as part of a 3-week internship in Appenzell, where I was able to appreciate the traditions and landscapes. It is the result of the combination of my identity with the environment and experiences lived during this period.
