Savings
Project Goals:
Enhance savings capabilities through a strategic approach and establish specific savings goals for each objective.
Process:
I kicked off the project with a thorough market analysis, evaluating tools in traditional banking, fintech, insurance, and other independent products. I conceptualized the idea, outlined ideal features, and developed methods for automatic savings.
Crafting use cases, I considered different user profiles such as the carefree saver, freelancer, athlete, and novice investor, mapping out their usage journeys.
Presenting the concept to the CEO, I secured approval.
Advancing to the wireframing phase, I translated concepts into visual representations.
Taking on project management, I acted as a bridge between the marketing and programming teams.
Following unanimous approval of the wireframes by stakeholders, I conducted remote usability tests with 9 users, presenting the report before iterating the screens.
Subsequently, I presented the iterated screens and conducted another round of tests. After delivering the new report and presentation, the handover to the IT department ensued.
Participating in daily meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning, I ensured the design certification of all screens.
