Encostas do Lizandro is a wine from the Lisbon region, in the Lizandro valley with a pronounced Atlantic influence. The red and white wines aim to recover old family vineyards, focusing on quality with an artisanal scale, resulting in a sensory experience based on the terroir of the Cheleiros/Mafra area.
The initials of the words "Encostas" (Slopes) and "Lizandro" form an anagram that, through its shape, seeks to evoke the constant sinuosities of the Lizandro River valley. Furthermore, the anagram alludes to the old wax seals that were characteristic of noble wines.
Alongside the anagram, we have an acorn, which refers to the Mediterranean forest, the characteristic cork oak of the area, and obviously the cork present in the region and in the packaging itself. It also provides a natural touch in contrast to a minimalist aesthetic.
The typography used conveys elegance and denotes the quality of the product. The choice of direct pad printing (silk screen) on the bottle and the use of a small, synthetic label confer boldness and uniqueness.
