Instrumental is an interactive installation that allows the exploration
of analog sounds through different digital sensors.
The interface is composed of simple wooden elements,
so user’s actions emerge naturally and intuitively.
It is a subtle approach to technology in which it functions as
an invisible medium rather than a visible outcome.
Although the installation uses code for each element,
the user only interacts with the wooden interface
to activate instruments that appear to be analog.

The disposition of sensors seeks the random
exploration from the participants;
it's not obvious what reaction corresponds to each action.
Instrumental invites to generate our own route through it,
users are discovering but at the same time creating.
In this way, spectators become authors.
