The Gorreana Factory produces 33 tons of tea per year since 1883, it is a family business and it is an internationally recognised brand. In terms of Graphic Design, their corporate identity has never changed and one of the problems that I have noticed was that the logo and packaging are not attractive or interesting at all. Therefore, I created a new corporate identity for the Gorreana Tea. First, I re-designed of the logo. The symbol represents the tea leaves inside a cup. I used a serif typography in order to preserve the traditional style of the brand. Since the company produces only two types of tea (black and green), I used two different colours to distinguish between the packages: gray and green. I designed the packaging in linen, with a kind of ‘typography game’ and stamped logo to communicate simplicity and nature.
