Roselyn Silva is an Afro-Portuguese’s fashion designer that explore the African fabrics in her collections.
This partnership born for explore more and more the history between Portugal and the African countries. The history that
connects us is so big that it’s almost impossible don’t see Portugal in their culture and in Portuguese culture don’t see African Inuences on.
The TRINTA team propose to Roselyn, design a piece of furniture that show the world this cultural alliance between Africa and
Portugal.
For the fashion design, the object to be design had to be an armchair that was big, comfortable and that remember her a shell,
an armchair that have infuences from the African handcraft and have the Portuguese touch from TRINTA.
We are pleasured to present you, the ROSELYN SILVA armchair – the first piece of furniture that present Africa and Portugal at the same time.
