Self-portrait made in response to a college assignment in which students were asked to represent themselves ( or parts thereof ) using only graphical language. I chose to dabble with the skittish, anxious and aggressive side of myself, using sharp shapes and bold colours to convey an erratic need for distance, as well as elements in reference to fragile attempts of self-preservation.
