"The Macanese gastronomy in Macau’s cultural tourism". This book investigates the possibility of introducing Macanese gastronomy as a force of tourism diversification in Macau*, from the identity of Macanese in Macau, gaming and cultural tourism, to the role of gastronomy in tourism, the book offers a holistic perspective on how cultural element can be integrated into the tourism industry.
